Every night when you lie down on your bed to sleep take a few moments and express your gratitude to our Universe.

Say – Thank you Universe for this wonderful bed, soft pillow, a cozy blanket. Say thank you for everything and everyone in your life. May be it was a hectic day for you, things might not have worked the way had planned it, but still you are on your bed to sleep and that’s all we need at the end of the day. When we calm ourselves before sleeping, the momentum of all negative energies subsides. You get up full charged and in alignment with your inner being.
