Last Few Days of Summer in Copenhagen

Last few days of summer in Copenhagen feel like heaven!

Walking in garden feels like the long, tall trees are talking to you, when you look at them with love, they are saying to you – your life is in Now! So live this moment and forget about past and future.

And I did that today! I was dancing as if nobody was watching me in the garden to my favorite Bollywood songs. It felt awesome.

A lot on my creative plate! – Writing a story for a play, speech writing for my Toastmaster humorous speech contest, script for hosting Copenhagen Storytelling OpenStage and ya personal stuff 🙂

Whats keeping you busy(happily) these days!

Crazy-Lazy Bone

OK so the last post I wrote was when I was turning 30!
Now guess what! I turned 31 😛

And now I am wondering! Am I a Crazy bone or a Lazy bone?
It’s time to get back to blogging. Well I never stopped thinking about it. 🙂

Last Friday I finallyyyyyyyy saw the greatest movie of all time – Julie and Julia!

One lesson that I take from the movie is definitely to have a Goal in life and be dedicated to it no matter what happens!

My favorite quotes from the movie – I’m Julia Child. Bon appetit! And ‘What is it that you really like to do? Me – Eat!

Back to Comedy! Back to Writing! Back to Public Speaking!

This New Year give up your Struggle

In response to Mope!

Struggle always leads to misery! We have held believes that there is no gain without pain. One has to go through struggle, a lot of struggle to win something in life. But it is not true.

Friends, as we welcome a new year, promise yourself to give up the struggle.

Abraham Hicks says – ‘Reduce your workload by 30% and increase your fun load by 30% and you will increase your revenues by 100%. More fun, less struggle – more results on all fronts.’

Enjoy! Have Fun!

Thank God I chose the Path Less Traveled

“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I – I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.” – Robert Frost

It’s time to say goodbye to 2016, one of the best years of my life. Why, because I understood the true meaning of the above quote.

The decision to leave your job to follow your passion is the road less traveled and those who have done, the rest is history for them.

I am happy that I did it too 🙂 and it has been a great journey so far.

Friends, my one learning from this decision is that you always find a way to keep going on that less traveled path. So don’t think much and get your journey started on that less traveled path. 🙂

Don’t Let Your Life Become a Conundrum

The latest movie Dear Zindagi is an eye opener to live your life to the fullest. One of my favorite dialogues is

“Zindagi mein jab koi pattern banta ya koi aadat banti dikhai de na … toh uske baare mein achchi tarah se sochna chahiye … genius is about knowing when to stop.”

In English – “In life when you see a pattern or a habit forming … then you should think about that very carefully … genius is about knowing when to stop.”

Is there a pattern or habit in your life that needs to be changed?

Don’t wait too long to break a bad habit! Don’t wait for the condition to change! You make the change in your life now. Don’t let your life become a Conundrum!

We are the creator of own life!

Leave your job if you are not happy working! Follow your passion! Don’t spoil your free time/weekends watching television! Read good books! Spend time alone and retrospect!

I have understood that whenever you decide to make positive changes in your life, you will find a way to do this!

There is a famous quote that says ‘When the student is ready the teacher will appear!’.

Get up! Dance! Act! Read! Enjoy!
